By accessing or using The Blend Collective website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Blend Collective presents original visual work by musicians and other multidisciplinary artists. Each release is curated and limited, and includes its story, provenance, edition details, and collector access.

Availability, pricing, and edition details are as stated at the time of release and may change for future releases.

All works remain the intellectual property of their respective artists. Purchasing a work or a print grants you ownership of the physical object; it does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or any commercial-use rights unless expressly stated in writing.

Edition sizes, materials, and provenance details are documented per release. We do our best to represent colors and finishes accurately; slight variation is inherent to original and printed art.

Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and the order confirmation is issued.

Shipping timelines, packaging, and insurance are stated at checkout or in your order confirmation. Title and risk of loss pass upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the collector.

Original works and limited-edition prints are curated and produced in limited quantities. Sales are generally final. If a piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will work with you on a resolution.

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it to infringe the rights of any artist or third party.

Content on the Site, including images of works, text, and design, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

The Site may link to third-party services, including our nonprofit partner. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Blend Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific work or service giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
